Deputy Director of Regula

The Belarusian company Regula was founded in 1992 in Minsk by engineers from the Belarusian National Technical University. We specialize in manufacturing devices for document authenticity verification, document reading, and facial identification. Our equipment is supplied to 155 countries worldwide, and we have been present in the Azerbaijani market since 2002, with our devices deployed at the country's borders for passport control. Regula has a total of seven offices around the globe, located in countries such as Poland, the USA, and Germany.

What sets our products apart is the balance of quality and price. Our equipment is reliable and easily recognizable by its design. Each device is ergonomically designed.

This year, we introduced a high-resolution scanner that allows for the examination of various documents and currency. For instance, if a counterfeit is detected, an employee can use the scanner to capture a series of images and highlight specific areas for further inspection. This is one of its applications. The device was developed at the request of the U.S. Border Patrol, which faced a shortage of experts for decision-making at the southern border. This tool assists in verifying the authenticity of documents.

I would like to commend today's exhibition. This event effectively fosters new connections and helps us acquire new clients. Interested individuals approach our booth, allowing us to engage and exchange information with potential consumers. A prime example is the previous ADEX exhibition, which helped us establish several new client relationships that we continue to nurture today. The growing interest from visitors gives us hope for similar success at this exhibition in advancing our company.
