On September 26, the 14th International Exhibition "Internal Security, Protection, and Rescue Technology" Securex Caspian concluded at the Baku Expo Center. It was held concurrently with the 5th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX, dedicated to the defense industry. The event was organized by Caspian Event Organisers and its international partner, Caspian Event Management.
A central highlight of the event was the visit of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, who toured both exhibitions. The head of state visited major stands of foreign countries as well as domestic exhibits, emphasizing the importance of modern weapons and military-technical equipment for Azerbaijan's defense capabilities.
The Securex Caspian exhibition showcased promising models of equipment for law enforcement, border control, rescue, and fire services, as well as special forces. The demonstration of emergency rescue vehicles and equipment for operational search activities generated significant interest. Visitors were particularly drawn to video surveillance systems, access control and management solutions, special clothing and gear, specialized transport for law enforcement, forensic tools, and fire safety methodologies.
The exhibition attracted leaders from Azerbaijan's law enforcement and rescue agencies, as well as international delegations and specialists concerned with the security of urban infrastructure, transportation, and industrial enterprises. Over the three days of the exhibition, numerous bilateral meetings took place between participants and representatives of relevant Azerbaijani agencies, alongside international delegations.
Both exhibitions served as an effective platform for presenting advanced technologies, strengthening international cooperation, and fostering the development of Azerbaijan's defense industry.
In parallel with the ADEX and Securex Caspian exhibitions, Azerbaijan hosted the first International Conference on Cyber Diplomacy (ICCD). The conference was organized by the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cyber Diplomacy Center of Romania, with support from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
