It is my great pleasure to express my congratulations on the opening of the 6th  Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition, “ADEX 2026”, and the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition of Internal Security, Safety and Rescue Equipment, “Securex Caspian 2026”, and to extend my heartfelt greetings to you in Azerbaijan.

Witnessing the “ADEX” exhibition, traditionally held in Baku, turn into one of the region’s most prominent and valuable defence industry platforms is truly pleasant. Growing interest in the exhibition, together with the participation of numerous countries and leading international companies, clearly illustrates its relevance and rising international standing.

Bringing together defence industry institutions, military experts and companies from friendly and partner countries, this important international exhibition provides an ample platform for showcasing the latest technologies, advanced weapon systems, military equipment and innovative solutions across various areas of the defence industry. It also creates valuable opportunities to explore new avenues of cooperation, exchange views and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Strengthening defence capabilities and ensuring national security are among the priorities of Azerbaijan’s state policy. As a result of consistent efforts and the significant progress achieved, Azerbaijan’s defence industry has entered a qualitatively new stage of development and substantially expanded its production capabilities. Defence products of local enterprises play a critical role in supplying our Armed Forces and are also demonstrating their competitiveness in international markets, attracting considerable interest from relevant institutions in various countries. Azerbaijan’s achievements in the defence industry contribute to strengthening our country’s military and technological capabilities and to further deepening cooperation with friendly and partner states.

Today, the quality and reliability of Azerbaijani defence products are highly regarded at the international level. “ADEX” is of particular importance as a platform for presenting to the international community both the strength and potential of Azerbaijan’s defence industry, including its innovative technologies, and the advanced products and latest achievements of defence industry companies from our partner countries.

Held alongside “ADEX” and marking its 15th edition, “Securex Caspian” has also established itself as a prominent specialised exhibition showcasing advanced technologies in the fields of security, safety, rescue services and emergency management.

I am confident that “ADEX” and “Securex Caspian” will make an important contribution to establishing new business relationships among participants and further strengthening military-technical cooperation.

I once again extend my warmest greetings to all of you and wish every success to the exhibitions, and productive and fruitful engagements to all participants.

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition for Internal Security, Safety and Rescue Equipment “Securex Caspian 2026,” held within the framework of the 6th Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition “ADEX 2026”!

As a result of the large-scale reforms implemented under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, successor of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the economy of our country has developed rapidly, achieving significant successes. Azerbaijan’s economic progress and independent policy have transformed it into an important state not only at the regional level but also on the global stage. This development has also strengthened our country’s position in the fields of security and defence and enhanced Azerbaijan’s role in international security matters. The 15th Anniversary International Exhibition for Internal Security, Safety and Rescue Equipment “Securex Caspian 2026” also reflects our country’s growing standing and successful development strategy in this field. The achievements attained by Azerbaijan in the area of security have earned it new friends, allies, and strategic partners not only domestically but also internationally.

Today, in the context of dynamic global changes and emerging international security challenges, the exchange and advancement of modern technologies and security solutions among states has become increasingly relevant. Global threats such as terrorism, conflicts, organized crime, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction require states to adopt a more serious approach to security issues. The “Securex Caspian” exhibition serves as an important platform for showcasing advanced security and protection technologies, new equipment, and innovations worldwide. This exhibition is an excellent framework for the development of global cooperation in the fields of security and defence, as well as for the exchange of practices.

Through the “Securex Caspian” exhibition, Azerbaijan is becoming an important strategic partner in the fields of security and defence not only in the region, but also on the global scale. Companies and specialists engaged in the security and protection sectors from various countries come together at this exhibition, gaining opportunities to establish business relations, create new areas of cooperation, and reach mutually beneficial agreements. This also serves the purpose of promoting Azerbaijan’s strong defence industry in international markets and expanding cooperation opportunities with a broader range of countries.

The 15th Anniversary International Exhibition for Internal Security, Safety, and Rescue Equipment “Securex Caspian 2026,” not only showcases modern technologies and security equipment, but also provides extensive opportunities for participants, experts, and visitors to exchange knowledge and experience, as well as to establish new business connections. I am confident that the outcomes of the exhibition will further strengthen Azerbaijan’s international standing in the fields of security and defence and give new impetus to our economic development.

This exhibition serves as a unique opportunity for establishing new partnerships and beneficial economic engagements, thereby strengthening our country’s position in the modern world and fostering stronger relations with new partners in the future.

Once again, I sincerely welcome all exhibition participants and wish you every success!

Sincerely,

Vugar Mustafayev

Minister of Defence Industry
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The joint holding of the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition “Securex Caspian 2026” on Internal Security, Safety, and Rescue Equipment together with the “ADEX 2026” Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition, under the leadership of the Ministry of Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is an event of great importance. On this occasion, I sincerely greet and congratulate the participants and guests of the exhibitions.

The strong statehood founded by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, along with sustainable economic development, has ensured the continuous growth, advancement, and modernization of our country’s defense, law enforcement, and security institutions. Furthermore, the establishment of the Ministry of Defence Industry by the decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on December 16, 2005, has created broader opportunities for equipping these institutions with modern technology and equipment.

Having already acquired a traditional character, the “ADEX” exhibition has become an ideal platform that brings together military-industrial enterprises producing modern weapons and technologies, foreign companies, organizations, and specialists to establish business relations and sign new contracts, thereby playing a significant role in the development of international military-technical cooperation. The support of the head of state for the “ADEX” exhibition has enhanced its international prestige and has contributed to the steady increase in interest, as well as in the number of participating countries and companies each year.

For our country, which is confidently developing its defense industry, these exhibitions are also highly significant in terms of promoting and showcasing the achievements attained, strengthening scientific and technological potential, and creating conditions for beneficial exchanges of experience.

Continued emphasis is placed on the application of new technologies in maintaining public order in our republic and in combating crime, including its transnational organized forms. Undoubtedly, our steadily strengthening business ties will make a valuable contribution to both domestic and international security.

On the occasion of the opening of the exhibitions, I once again congratulate the organizers of the event and all participants, and wish you continued success and new achievements.

With deep respect,

Vilayat Eyvazov

Minister of Internal Affairs Republic of Azerbaijan
Colonel General

I sincerely welcome you to the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition of Internal Security, Protection and Rescue Equipment “Securex Caspian 2026”.

Thanks to the successful policy implemented under the wise leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, modern Azerbaijan is experiencing its most powerful period today. The fact that our country has hosted a number of important international events, including exhibitions dedicated to the demonstration of special-purpose equipment in recent years, is a clear indicator of the continuous development of our republic in all directions, the constant growth of the country's reputation in the international community day by day, and the strengthening of its political and economic position.

Undoubtedly, the achievements, stability and prosperity of countries are organically linked to the reliable provision of security. It is obvious that in our modern era numerous threats to the national security of states, as well as to the international security environment, are manifesting themselves. These threats are expressed in the form of terrorism, transnational organized crime, illegal drug trafficking, violation of human rights and freedoms, ongoing armed conflicts and other human tragedies. Effective fight against the mentioned negative situations is possible only as a result of the combined efforts of the world’s countries on the basis of peace, mutual understanding and constructive dialogue.

In an era of the rapid growth of technological innovations and technical capabilities, special equipment and technical means play an important role in protecting the security of states, preventing possible emergencies and joint activities of law enforcement and special service agencies. The “Securex Caspian 2026” international exhibition, where special equipment is demonstrated, is a convenient place for event participants, relevant organizations and institutions to get acquainted with such equipment.

I hope that the special products demonstrated at the traditionally held international exhibition, which has already become an important event in the public life of Azerbaijan, will be met with great interest by the participants this time as well, and will be widely used in the future activities of law enforcement and special service agencies.

I once again heartily congratulate the participants of the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition of Internal Security, Protection and Rescue Equipment “Securex Caspian 2026” on the occasion of holding the international event and wish you all success.

Ali Naghiyev
Chief of State Security Service
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Colonel-General

I extend my greetings to you on the occasion of the opening of the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition for Internal Security, Safety and Rescue Equipment – Securex Caspian 2026 and wish great success.

Under the wise leadership of our esteemed President, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the worthy successor of the founder of the modern independent Azerbaijani state and the greatest Azerbaijani of all time, National Leader Heydar Aliyev, our country has, within a short period, passed through a phase of development equivalent to an entire century. As a result, Azerbaijan's status within the system of international relations continues to grow steadily. The President's wise statements such as “Azerbaijan has never been as strong as it is today. We are the masters of our destiny, we are an independent country, we are a free nation, we have secured our rightful place in the world and will continue to follow the path of independence and development,” profoundly reflect today’s realities.

Owing to the skillful commanding ability, determination, and far-sighted policy of the Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, our country has fully restored its territorial integrity and sovereignty. Ensuring security, continuously developing the defense industry, and consistently enhancing preparedness against emerging challenges and threats remain among the key priorities defined by the Head of State.

Within this framework, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, established by the relevant Decree of Mr. President, who consistently attaches particular importance to ensuring the reliable protection of the population and territories against natural and man-made emergencies, as well as civil defense matters, constitutes a key component of the security system. Thanks to the care of the Head of State, the Ministry honorably fulfills its duties as an effective and professional state body capable of successfully combating any emergency that may occur both within the country and in other countries.

The latest generation weapons, ammunition, and military-technical means and equipment produced by the Ministry of Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which carries out an important mission in ensuring the defense capability and security of our country, play an important role in supplying the Victorious Army at a modern level. It is also a source of pride that the most recent achievements of domestic production are being exported to foreign markets and successfully demonstrated at international exhibitions held in various countries.

It is gratifying that independent Azerbaijan, located at the crossroads of East and West, is recognized globally as a bridge of friendship and cooperation among states and peoples. Through the successful implementation of its national development strategy, our country has become one of the important centers hosting internationally significant events not only in the political, economic, humanitarian, cultural, and sports spheres, but also in the field of security. The sustained interest in this exhibition — traditionally organized by the Ministry of Defence Industry and bringing together leading global manufacturers of security, protection, and rescue equipment, as well as companies, business circles, and industrial structures — testifies to our country’s steadily increasing global prestige and high international reputation.

Once again, I wish the “Securex Caspian 2026” exhibition every success and express my confidence that it will make a significant contribution to establishing new and fruitful partnerships among participants, manufacturers, and visitors, as well as enhancing the overall scientific and technological level and achieving the set objectives.

Sincerely,

Kamaladdin Heydarov

Colonel General

Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan

I welcome you to the Jubilee, 15th International Exhibition “Internal Security, Protection and Rescue Equipment” - “Securex Caspian 2026”, organized by the Ministry of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Over the 15 years of its conduct, this exhibition has established itself as one of the key platforms for military-industrial cooperation in the region and overseas, playing an important role in demonstrating Azerbaijan’s potential and its growing role on the international stage.

The threats and challenges of the modern world that states face in the field of security necessitate the strengthening of defense capabilities, as well as the expansion of the potential of the national military industry.

As a result of the successful and consistent implementation of the national security strategy under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the development of the military industry has become one of the decisive factors in strengthening the defense potential of our country and ensuring effective support to the Armed Forces in achieving the historic victory in the 44-day Patriotic War.

The development of Azerbaijan’s military industry makes a significant contribution to ensuring effective, high-tech and sustainable protection of state borders, which are among the most important factors of the territorial integrity and national security of our country.

I am confident that the holding of this event will further to contribute to enhancing the international prestige of our country, equipping the Armed Forces with modern and advanced weaponry, developing strong and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of military-technical innovations, as well as strengthening Azerbaijan’s role as a leading force ensuring security and stability in the region.

Elchin Guliyev
Colonel General

Chief of the State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan

I am delighted to welcome you to ADEX 2026 – the 6th Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition!

Over the years, ADEX has established itself as one of Azerbaijan’s leading national exhibition brands and an important platform for international cooperation in the fields of defence industry and security. The continued attention and support of H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Victorious Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, have played an important role in the exhibition’s development.

ADEX 2026 is setting new records in the history of the exhibition. This year, more than 270 companies and organisations from over 30 countries are taking part in the exhibition. At the same time, the participation of 51 official delegations from 36 countries demonstrates the strong international interest in and confidence in ADEX and Azerbaijan.

In response to the growing interest of exhibitors, Pavilion 5 of Baku Expo Center has been put into operation specifically for ADEX 2026. This has made it possible to significantly expand the exhibition space. One of the key innovations of ADEX 2026 is the first-ever allocation of Pavilion 4 of Baku Expo Center to a national exposition. The national pavilion presents Azerbaijan’s defence industry capabilities, technological potential and production capacity in a comprehensive format. Government institutions and companies representing the defence industry, technology, space industry and engineering sectors are showcasing their latest products and solutions under one roof.

For us, one of the key indicators of ADEX’s success is trust – the trust placed by the Government of Azerbaijan in the project and by our partners in Azerbaijan and ADEX. We sincerely thank all our partners for the trust built over the years and for their long-standing cooperation.

We see ADEX not simply as an exhibition, but as a window into the future of Azerbaijan’s defence industry – a platform through which new technologies, innovative solutions, the growing national defence industry and expanding opportunities for international cooperation can be seen and explored.

We believe that ADEX 2026 will contribute to establishing new business relations, strengthening existing partnerships and further expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in the defence industry.

We are proud to have been involved in organizing this important event for our country over the years, held under the initiative and organization of the Ministry of Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the support of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and we extend our gratitude for the trust placed in us.

I wish all participants, official delegations and guests successful meetings, productive discussions and new opportunities for cooperation.
